  • OMG!!!! I went swimming this morning and weighed myself after working out for a week,and I lost 3 lbs.I'm soo happy I got under 175,I've been stuck there so long when the scale moved at the swimming pool I wanted to jump for joy!!!!! I'm looking forward to see what next week brings (sobbing joyously)
