  • there is a button on the left side. hold it down until it vibrates to start then hold it again to stop it. it took me a couple of days to figure it out.
  • I use P2B Power Peanut Butter and I dig it. I usually it with a banana after a workout. I have used it in an overnight refrigerator peanut butter and banana oatmeal thing and mixed it up into peanut butter then put it in like that vs just the powder.
