My mom just gave me her total gym since she never uses it, I'm pretty excited to work it into my routine. Too many to list! But my favorite beer is probably Red Tail Ale. I also enjoy a variety of IPAs, mexican lagers, and there is a local brewery that makes a raspberry lambic that is sooo good! My fav cheap beer hands down is Pabst blue ribbon.

I think both contribute, but in my own experience it seems that I really have to stay within my calorie goals to lose weight. Last winter I stopped logging food and very slowly managed to gain back close to 10lbs. And I was running 3 or 4 days a week. But I am also fairly close to my goal. Im constantly trying to figure…

Might as well, if they're that abundant then better to not let a few good nuts go to waste. Where I live there are lots of wild blackberry bushes and folks are out there picking them all the time when they're in season. I don't see how this would be much different...what is the best way to prepare a chestnut anyway?

I think I would like this. If I use the entire deck then that's 94 reps of each exercise (assuming face cards are worth 10 each). I may try and fit this into my routine a couple time s a week. Will be good for stormy days when I can't get outside and run. Thanks for sharing!

I've definitely experienced that train of thought in the past! Especially when I first started running. But now I enjoy it most days. Like some others have said, I tend to slow it down if I feel the negative thoughts creeping in.
