I would just work on staying at maintenance not loss. A hotdog with mustard and onions for a meal suggestion. Another suggestion a slice of pizza, the slices are usually pretty big at events, if they r normal sized 2 slices.

i usually do no dressing but sometimes I put a little of the pear juice from canned fruit in with the salad if I have an open can around. It tastes pretty good.

I like Leslie Sansone videos. There are a few on you tube. But my favorite beginner dvd is walk away the pounds, it has a 1, 2, & 3 mile walk.

People should be able to buy what they want. It is a waste of resources to police peoples diets. Next it will be coffee (not a nutrient dense food) or bags of sugar (not a nutrient dense food) someone might use to make kool-aid or bake a birthday cake with.

can of soup with a can of veggies in it (try green beans or sliced carrots they are very low cal). You could to eat half of it with 5 wheat ritz crackers, but sometimes I eat the whole thing without the crackers.

You have some big exercise burns. For health benefits you should workout a half hour 5 days a week. Anything more then that of cardio depends on how much you want to eat back to net at least 1200 calories. You could try pre-logging your food for the day (don't forget snacks) to see how much you want to workout. You can try…

You may want to try workout DVDs (Leslie Sansone is my fav). All you need is sneakers on in front of the tv, u don't even need to leave your home.

It happens to everyone. When I want to eat like this I workout so I have more calories to spend. But you are actually under weight so this could be your body's way of trying to get healthy.

I think there is a little less shadow under your belly. For me I noticed a change in my face at about 15 lbs down. And I didn't notice a change on my body until I was about 25 lbs down. And I'm 5'4"

I have lost 47 lbs in 8.5 months. I like to net between 1200 to 1500 calories. 1 thing I noticed on your food diary u have 6 oz. of chicken fried with skin on at 160 calories that seems 2 low unless u r taking the skin off.

u probably lost inches from your breasts and hip/butt area and by comparison your tummy could look bigger.

I used to use my dads nordic track ski machine to. It was a great no impact workout. I found that my back only hurt if the padded bar that was on my tummy wasn't high enough.

have 1/2 can of soup with a 1/2 can of green beans, is about 150 calories, and will tide u over, if u get hungry.

As long as u r within your calories go 4 it. I like fun sized candy bars there r all about 80 calories. Or a cup of hot chocolate nestle is about 80 calories for chocolate cravings.

You can do it by diet alone. You could try to get a really active job, that would burn more calories.

reese's pieces. Christmas I got a bag that weighed about a pound and ate the whole thing in 1 day. about 2000 calories. I can't find single serving bags. smallest i can find is 3 serving size boxes for a dollar that is 600 calories. Was really thinking about the turkey one not the chicken. Which is 480 calories for half the pie serving. 960 calories for the whole pie.

marie callenders large pot pies serving size is half the pot pie 380 calories. whole pie 760 calories. big suprise to me.
