I think the none medically supervised diets are set at lowest 1500 calorie for men and 1200 for women, from what I have read. So I don't recommend staying below that for too long. Good luck to you.

If your doing the right things don't worry. I remember I had 3 weeks were I lost no weight doing the right things then the next week lost 2 lbs one day, 1 lb the day after that, and 2 days later I lost 1 more lb weight loss is weird.

What I do is tell my self I am just trying to lose 1 pound, then when I lose that pound I just work on losing 1 more pound, and repeat. And remember if you lose 0.2 pounds that is a victory to. I write when I have a new lowest weight on my wall calender even if it is just 0.2 pounds and I can look back last month and even…

a fun sized candy bar, sugar free fudge-cycle, Popsicle, sugar free jello, berries maybe add some light cool whip if you have the calories.

chips or anything else is fine if they fit in your calories, but alternatives when I get the munches are popcorn, sunflower seeds in the shell, kashi hummus crisps (can only find them at holiday gas stations around here), wheat goldfish crackers, cheese its, or pretzels.

1 thing that always messes my eating plan up there is their corn bread. It will probably be included in your meal for free and its my favorite thing there. If you don't want to cook and in college there is usually a school cafeteria. I bet you could find some good choices there if you look. But Boston Market can be a good…

Just stay at or below your calorie goal. But one thing I looked at your food diary and your calories for rice seems too high. I would check the package to double check somethings in the database are wrong. Another thing to look out for is if its supposed to be measured cooked vs uncooked.

Sometimes for dinner I would have a marie callender's pot pie (about 1000 calories) followed by an entire carton of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Also the 8 cans of cherry coke I would have everyday.

$400-$500 a month for grocerys for 4 adults. I spend about $50 a month eating out. I don't know what everyone else in the family spends eating out.

Vanilla Sky, it was bad then it kept having fake endings. I just wanted it to end and it lasted over 2 hours.

I don't think the time of day you eat effects weight loss. But if you eat right before you go to bed you can get heartburn. oh I found this: http://www.webmd.com/women/features/stomach-problems?page=3 7. Myth or Fact: Eating before bed can make you gain weight faster than if you eat the same foods during the day. Answer:…

My plan is hopefully workout that day. Eat low calorie for rest of day probably oatmeal for breakfast depending when we eat lunch or dinner will probably be soup. I will have only one big plate of food, no seconds, and a slice of pie. I hope to eat at maintenance but a little gain would be o.k.

If what you really want to do is lose 5 lbs a month, I would set it to lose 1.5 lbs a week. I think you will be more happy with your progress. Because I know it is easy to measure food wrong and you have the room in your calories to go lower.

bringing your own food would be best. But look at the companies nutritional information so you can have a plan on what will fit within your calories. Check out calories for subway.

Wal-Mart is usually cheaper than the grocery store around here. use your local food shelf. My shelf puts on their website a flyer that shows a local church's food giveaway day every month.

I would worry if they lifted too heavy. I remember this guy in 7th grade who had big muscled arms, bragged how he had been lifting weights since he was 10. But the problem was his arms were extremely short in proportion to his body. I asked my parents about it and they told me that too heavy lifting can damage your growth…

for me it took 15lbs to see a difference in my face. It took 25lbs to see a slight difference in my body.

So if he does lose this weight and has lots of loose skin r u going to be more attracted to him. I think your the 1 who has the problem. If the person your with aged and got wrinkles would u tell him to get a face lift so u can be attracted to them. You should love someone for the person they r not their physical…

Do your best the rest of the day. log it. Tomorrow is a new day start over, and do your best tomorrow. Remember everyday is a new day. We all have bad days but we do our best to get it right most days and over time we see results.

I do what the person earlier suggested and try to find something similar in the database. Or I look at my plate and estimate the calories add 200 extra for added flavor things like oil, butter, and sugar over what I would add if I made it myself and just do the quick add of calories.

or the 40 calorie sugar free fudgecycles are a good chocolate treat.

I buy the fun sized candy bars. They are all about 80 calories a piece. I can usually fit 1 in to my calorie allowance or use 1 as motivation to work out a little bit.
