Yes, I commented to the manager of a grocery store I frequent how he looks like he lost a lot of weight, and he mentioned he is on MFP.

You are such a great inspiration, and you look awesome :)

Breastfed all my kids, in public, discreetly. Never had a problem, no one objected and I don't think many noticed even. Once, on a plane, the person sitting next to me asked to have his seat changed. Was ok with me... more room. In my country of origin (Switzerland) public breastfeeding is a non-issue.

You looked good in the beginning of your journey and you look good now. You have a beautiful face and amazing eye and skin colors. You glow and look happier now, great job!

1. Hosting 25 people for a meal does not faze me, but seating them to create a happy company around the table gives me nightmares 2. I do not mind holding the hand of people who are dying (but I do cry when they die) 3. No favorite colour. 4. My favorite sports to watch are figure skating and synchronized swimming. 5. I…

You look beautiful, happy, content and very classy in the black dress

I have an easier time connecting at first if I see a face (size doesn't matter, but smiles speak to me). Having said that, I will also befriend cats, dogs, ducks or memes

My thighs have always rubbed, and by now the skin is tough enough not to go on fire, even after long hikes. I do remember having raw skin and blisters and how that burned after day hikes in high school. :embarassed:

Fantastic! It feels so good when you have the energy to do things.

Couldn't have said it any better. Feel free to add me, I love to give feedback (and to receive too).

Once I saw the calorie counts of drinks and pastries at Starbucks, I started to stick to Earl Grey tea ;). I gave up cheese danishes, because I could eat 2-3 in one sitting, but enjoy everything else in moderation.

June 03, 2013 7:16 pm I did this group in February and March and liked the support. Like you above me, I've been losing and regaining the last two months, so I need the extra push. Danish, German, Polish and French. Good guess!

People create memories of accents and the person they first met with it (or saw on the media). For me an Irish accent makes me happy (hubby is Irish) and South African accents convey warmth and competence, because a number of my SA friends are just that.

That, yumm!

Marzipan!

@meandmyface: german and irish?

That is such great progress for you... and hope for me, who also has a belly that needs work. Amazing job!

Hi, I'm on MFP most days, and will give feedback if you keep your food diary open. I too am on a budget, I walk, exercise at home and use what I have in the house like weights, stepstool, resistance bands. Feel free to add me.
-
You look beautiful in all of them. They fit perfectly.

I used to go to a gym, and it is true that ppl are more interested in themselves. I still continued to feel self-conscious though. For economic and time-saving reasons i now exercise at home and walk a track at a nearby park.

Good to know that I'm not the only one struggling hard. I don't buy junk, my teens do, so it's all over the home. My life is pretty much on track, but my kid's isn't , which makes me want to eat my pain away. My husband and I attend a lot of meeting with (you guessed it) meals served, some good and healthy, some tempting…
