  • I still pop in here from time to time. 1200 is crazy right? I set my calories to 1300 but lately I miss it buty 100 or so all the time and comtinue to slowly lose weight. I don't rely on mfp as much now that I have a better idea of how many calories things are and how many I should eat. Good luck. It's eye opening.

  • Grrrr. I have completely plateaued. I hit he 10 lb mark a week ago and haven't lost a lb since. I am worried my calories were too low so I'm trying to eat a little more.   • Not a recommendation but wanted to say I got the free scar from cvs last week and it sucks. I can get on it multiple times in a row and it varies by 2-3 lbs. thats crazy. My old fashion scale is on track with my md office so that's what I am going to go by.

  • You should be able to change portion size before you add the goldfish. After you scan it should ask number of servings before you hit add.
  • We had almost the exact same dinner here. Chicken, black beans, corn and rotel in the crock pot. No idea what to put for calories though. Thats the hard part about cooking homemade.
  • I don't know about increasing the calories but I do know exercising will give you more calories to eat. I earn 120 calories for 20 minutes on the elliptical.
