I started working out via Beachbody and lost 18 lbs. I had to have surgery in the middle of a 100-day workout group and gained 9 lbs back. Challenge starting weight- 275 10/24- 275 10/30- 11/6- 11/13- 11/20- 11/27- 12/4- 12/11- 12/18- 12/25- Challenge End Weigh Goal- 260 Total weight loss goal by Christmas-15 lbs.

Morning Meltdown 100 is a good program also.

I have been using T25 on Beachbody and the Morning Meltdown 100. MM100 has boxing, weights, and cardio. Need to add more walking to my week.

Just track all of the food and beverages that you eat and it will give a calorie limit for the day. The barcode scanner cuts down the searching for food and makes sure you are tracking exactly what is in your hand. Worked pretty good with resurants if you search by the name.
