I weight train for an hour and burn about 250. Yeah, I have no idea what you're doing to burn 1,200 calories. That would be equal to running for two hours straight.

I'm getting married 9/6/14. I need to lose 10 lbs to get back to where I was in my profile pic =). Hoping to have a bit lower body fat % than in the photo, too. I want a defined 6 pack for my honeymoon and teardrop quads! My fiance thinks I should focus less on my arms because they're getting a little "beefy", LOL! He's…

My family's Thanksgiving day tradition is to not get together. The first year this started was when I was newly seperated from my husband and had no where to go for the holiday (and was struggling with severe depression). I went to the gym. My parents decided to go to the Casino buffet, and that's what they've been doing…

I've got a mega bubble butt and I'm told it's my best physical asset! Here's what I do: 1 day/week: Barbell squats as heavy as I can for 4 sets of 8 1 day/week: Barbell squats as heavy as I can for 4 sets of 15 I do other leg work too, but squats are what really target this area. Note: You'll want to be realistic with your…

I think it's somewhat par for the course. I don't know many heavy lifters that don't have some nagging aches/pains occassionally. My knees get a little weird the day after leg days and I'm having some left elbow issues at the moment. It used to be my shoulder, but I've been really careful and that's since resolved. I also…

I use Allergra-D for my seasonal allergies and have occassionally taken them for energy and to curb hunger. I only take them when my allergies get really bad now because I felt like they were making me moody and messing with my sleep. They are REALLY expensive... like more than $1/pill. Where do you get your ephedrine? I'm…

Your story brought tears to my eyes. You are AMAZING and so BEAUTIFUL. You are a gift to everyone around you, an inspiration. Your husband is so lucky to have you, and I'd imagine that your ex-fiance kicks himself everyday for letting you go. I love the story of how you met your husband - God brought you together :). Thank…

My gym is $20/month with an 18 month membership or $25/mo for 12 months. It's one of those 24/7 key access gyms. The equipment is FANTASTIC and I mean better than 24hr ($30/mo) or Gold's ($35/mo), both of which I've been members of. I don't like classes, so I didn't miss that option. The price seems a bit high to me, but…

Cereal and fruit juice. Won't go near them. I can literally eat 5 "servings" of cereal and still not be full!!! It's jus tnot worth it.

Yep! And not just in the gym ;).

My arms are bulky but I LOVE them! If I wear a tight shirt, it has to be stretchy or my arms get stuck like they're in a Chinease finger traps...and I like having that problem!

Start with body weight excercises: push-ups (can me done on knees at first), dips, squats (make sure to get low), calf raises, and lunges. That'd be a great starting point to work your way up! Best of luck!!

Can you copy & paste the list? That website is black at work :(.

You need something else for your hamstrings. Deadlifts and good mornings would be my suggestion.
-
Try good mornings! I had horrible deadlift form that I just couldn't get right, so I tried these and they force you into the right position. I've seen HUGE progress in my hamstrings since I've been doing them. I think you might like them better than deadlifts, and not because they're easier ('cause they're not). As for…

Google printable "shoulder lift chart", "leg lift chart", "bicep lift chart" etc. I reference them all the time and think they're great!
