I eat a bananas too but I do it to avoid muscle cramps and soreness. It doesn't have to be bananas but anything high in K will help keep away the soreness. I do. I go with Mic Ultra. I count it though. I don't pretend those calories are not happening, I record ever one of them. I drink beer Friday night and then try to get an extra workout in on Saturday.

Exactly! You tell them. We are all beautiful. I'm over 200 but I feel beautiful everyday. Losing weight for health not self-esteem.

Typically for men it is 10 lbs for women 15-20lbs. It is different for everyone though because everyone carries weight differently. If you are pear shaped it might take more loss to drop a size.
