It's always Me and Me. I know the choices i make and sometimes it is outside things like work, family, stress etc...that cause me to make those choices or cause me to derail but at the end of the day, i am my biggest obstacle and we are working through our issues with each other every day ;)

Just did the Zumba class this morning. I love it cause it's just plain fun, but you burn calories as well, i have a HRM and this morning 531 i think burned in class. I'm more motivated around other people. I don't know the game, but the real thing if you have a good instructor is a blast of fun and calories!

I like to freeze a mini candy bar, hard to eat and takes longer so i still get a little of my chocolate craving and agree...if you restrict it all you may loose 10 but than end up gaining 15 when you stop (been there done that).
