It really helps me to write everything that I eat down. And always have goals- don't just stop when you've lost a certain amount of weight. Work on strength training- that will give you plenty of goals. Never give up! :)

I'm 22 and weirdly enough would like to lose about 22 pounds! I've given myself 28 weeks to do it in. Mainly cos that seems a sensible time, and also cos it means my after photo can be me holding a "28 Days Later" DVD.... ADD ME GUYS <3 I'm new.

That's so weird that you say you want to lose weight to survive the zombie apocalypse- only like 5 minutes ago I completed my 'Inspiration for losing weight' section, and that was the exact same reason I chose! And I'd thought I was being so original! Ha
