HI! Congrats on the accomplishments. In your last 2 pics there is only 1lb difference but you look more fit. Did you start a lifting program or what was the difference? Also, may I ask how tall you are? I am at the same weight and am wondering what to do to change composition. Thank you and again, awesome!

The challenge I have found in circuit training is how to safely increase weight on the various compound moves. I am not an experienced lifter. I worry about proper and safe form in the movements as I increase my weight.

I circuit train 3x a week through boot camp and it has helped my strength, flexibility, and endurance tremendously. My instructor changes the routine each week. It never feels easy, always a challenge. I'm a 49 yo female and my gains make me feel like an athlete! I must admit that the recovery days are critical though.
