Ditto on the muscle gain...it weighs more than fat so you may still be losing fat. However, the calorie counter (as well as how many calories you burn during exercise) is a guideline and not exact...I find that occasionally I have to make my own adjustments to it if I am not meeting my goals.

I'll add this in...sleep. Make sure that you are getting enough sleep (most recommend 7-8 hours minimum), especially if your immune system may be 'shot'.

I have yet to get one yet after 46 years but want one on my shoulder blade area. Just haven't got around to it yet! Like all things, I think that tats look better in moderation (and quality, of course!).

Beer = my Achilles heel! Throw in the other carbs I love, and a healthy dose of dislike for PUBLIC gyms (I like the one I have in my garage though; easy to get to and plenty of entertainment while on the treadmill!), mix in my age (45), and I guess I'm in this category. Fear not, for we are not alone!

That's me....I have always weighed more than I look. I've had doctors tell me everything from bone density to muscle mass (I used to lift a lot while in the military) as reasons for this.
