  • Not a big fan of body pump because I prefer to lift heavier for less reps. But I do combat and the first time I did combat I literally couldn't move the next day, now, three months down the line it doesn't affect me at all because my body is used to it. I went to pump a few weeks ago and it didn't bother me this time…
  • Mum told me that all I talk about is weightloss/ exercise and that I need to watch out because it's boring and no-one else cares and that I need to find some new conversation.. BUT I LIKE FAT LOSS FACTS!!!!!
  • Wowee your faces are so much slimmer!! Keep up the good work!
  • Calm down. Last time when you gained a stone were you counting calories and regularly weighing and measuring yourself? probably not. You're going to be keep track of what you're doing this time so play around and until you find the magic number
  • Over 400kcals for 30mins of Zumba?! Is that a heart rate monitor or gross over estimate?
  • Yeah and even though you know its not real weight its still disheartening..
  • I'm always knackered after weights. It's hard work and takes it out of me.
  • Around my waist? 17lbs Around my thighs? I'm still waiting..
  • Absolutely agree that the treadmill is so BORING!!! I like outside where I can make physical distance goals like "I can make it to the 30 signs, oh why not the carpark, hey, I'm not dead yet lets get to the farm"
  • Have you tried different kinds of squats? I have rough cartilage in one of my knees and can't do "normal" squats without severe pain but I have no problems with sumo squats
  • Oh wow okay I might not bother with the hike then. There are a lot of hikes closer to home if that's the case. Will definitely look into getting the bus up there though!!
  • IF she lost it she would be
  • ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?! I WOULD HAVE SWUNG FOR HIM!!! Definitely report that. Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour!! Good for you for doing something about your size. You were on that elliptical for a reason. You should be proud of yourself.
  • Two stone in two months is do able if you are morbidly obese or if you have anorexia. Your relationship with your weight is not healthy. Not wanting to gain? If you did heavy weightlifting you could gain a stone and become smaller than you are now at the same time. See a professional before you harm yourself.
  • Works for some people but not for others. I think theres a few people on here who pack all their calories in between 2pm and 8pm? You must make sure you are still eating enough though because if you get used to not eating some people find themselves eating less and less and then they are essentially starving themselves. If…
  • If its just for your exam period then stop stressing about food. Focus on your exams. It's unlikely that you'll gain having the odd KFC if you can keep your snacking in check. When your exams are over then you have time to think about food.
  • If you're doing heavy lifting do you have to lose pounds? Or could you focus on body fat percentage?
  • Absolutely perfect!! Thank you so much!
  • Thats awesome. Sorry to be a pain but anychance you could try it with Gordon's Gin?

  • Eat well before and after, maybe try and fit an extra workout in and avoid sauces full of sugar. Other than that ENJOY YOURSELF
  • If your goal is to lose fat have you had your BFP properly tested? You're quite tall so I don't imagine you look fat for your weight? Why don't you aim at lowering your BFP?
  • I was once told that the next day your body will be working on getting rid of the toxins before anything else? I don't know how much of that is true, but when I drink , I drink to get drunk which contains a lot of calories so I try to stick to once a fortnight.

  • When I started only scale victories mattered but as time went on and the scale moved slower and slower NSV s like yesterday I wore my old size 10 trousers to work quite comfortably that before wouldn't have even done up was super exciting and the night before I ran 2.1 miles non stop the furthest ever I am just delighted!
  • You crave cadburys? Eat a Freddo!! Only 93kcals?
  • Hello from Orkney :) You've come to the right place :) One the forums if you don't mention VLCD, detox's or get all defensive we're all pretty nice, helpful people. Good luck with your journey. Small goals will get you there.
  • See a doctor ASAP just in case. If you knacker your knee then that's it. It's not like a broken bone that will be healed in a few months, some joint injuries can turn serious. I have dodgy cartilage in my right knee and got referred to physio for it and at the moment I can't do "normal" squats with weights, only sumo until…
  • Usually a month, less if there account was new and they just quit fast. Depends on their posts, effort in their information about them and how many friends they have to show how valuable there account is to them.
  • If you can get the definition of "normal" right for you, then yes you can eat what you want, but you eat too many calories then you will gain weight. Life is a struggle.
  • Full most of the time except maybe philidelphia, skimmed milk and mayonaise. Just to keep my calories lower, the rest isn't really worth it.
