Logging as generic is very inaccurrate as there are so many variables. I did it with my polar ft7 on the 1st and 2nd of this month and on the first day I burned in the region of 220kcals and the second only 160kcals. Simply doing the workout compared to putting you all in makes a notable difference.

I was thinking about this the other day. Obviously the "sweating is toxins escaping your body" is absolute rubbish, but I thought a pretty good explanation would be that when you sweat your pores open up and lets all the muck get in.

I went to spinning once. Could barely walk the next day my butt hurt so bad. Did see some very comfy looking bike shorts in a sports shop and would definitely consider them if I ever go back!

You don't need to feel hungry to eat. If you can convince yourself that even on an off day your body NEEDS at least 1000kcals (though on good days 1200kcals minimum) just eat something you want to bump your calories it doesn't always have to be nutrient dense. Chocolate? Pudding? Fat coke?

I've just started 30DS (day 2) and I've just added it to my normal routine. I'm not sore because my body is used to this sort of exercises and for example tonight I only burned 162kcals, I could inhale 162kcals!

You won't gain muscle in a deficit and if your 1200 is accurate you're well into a deficit. Have you ever tried weight lifting? In three months if you're already only 9st you could have a pretty smoking bikini body from lifting weights!

Some people find the cool down to short so try some extra stretches before you finish and that should help reduce the next day aches!
