That makes me feel better about today. :) But today isn't the only low calorie day in your diary. Do you always eat in addition to what you log? That could be tripping you up. Definitely read the Sexypants link a few other posters have put in here. It's long, you'll need to take your time, but it's information worth…

Honey, is that all you're eating?? 700 calories a day? Please try and see your calories as a goal, and not a strict limit. Especially at 1200. You've done a great thing, learning to run - but feed yourself more food. 700 is not nearly enough.

Not for tomorrow's meals, no. But I will figure out my day according to what I ate or want to eat for breakfast and morning snack. Those are often my impulse eats, so I'll tweak everything else to fit those in.

Momentum. I don't like to lose ground, so it's easier for me to keep moving forward. Even if my gains and victories are teensy tiny, they're still forward motion. Happy almost birthday! :)

It really depends on the conversation. "I'm so fat and gross." while swimsuit shopping is going to get a "Shut up. You look great." Because that's our conversation, and she really does look great. "I'm unhappy and want to lose some weight." will get a "Want to go to a class with me at the gym?" Because I'm always happy to…

With that area of my life, yes. Absolutely. I am much happier with my weight and my improved fitness. Overall, I wouldn't say my level of happiness has really been impacted. But that could be because my weight gain was small and pregnancy related.

Out of curiosity - how long have you guys been together? And how old are you? I've gotten way better at taking "criticism" the longer my husband and I have been together. And, obviously, the older I've gotten. I can separate what I'm doing that he's not crazy about from his feelings for me as a person. For a long time they…

Being trapped in a trunk in my parent's basement, and hearing someone in the house go after my siblings and parents with a huge knife. Scariest dream I ever had. I only had it once, when I was 9 or 10. Remember it vividly. Saddest dream though, was just after my daughter was born. I was worried that I loved her more than…

Oh, my goodness! What a significant change in your middle - and your face! You look wonderful - great work so far, you should be so proud!

My husband owns those shoes in green! But I cried when he tried to get me to drive a van. That wraps up my opinions on vans.

Mine are apparently the last to go as well, and I may be completely flat chested before my thighs get any slimmer. I don't have many more cup sizes to give, over here.
-
Maybe it isn't. I don't know All The Guys. :)
-
Also I've never met a guy who thought anyone was out of his league. lol
-
And the "hottie" could just have no idea. I never knew when guys were hitting on me. I'd be filled in by others after the fact, and it was always news to me. I probably still wouldn't recognize it, were it to happen. Flirting is not a skill I have. I just always assumed people are trying to be friendly and nothing more.

Me too.

If you felt bloated, you probably were. Hooray for hormones! Sigh. Hope they regulate for you quickly!

I'm a SAHM of three, and am responsible for all the inside chores plus 98% of the kid stuff. My husband takes on mowing the lawn (almost always) and making sure the trash gets to the curb (he's awful at this though - can never remember trash days). He's also our only income. The nicest thing my husband does for me when I…

By all means, get a new one.

Or walk around the neighborhood before you even go in your house after work? Maybe if you don't go inside for just a little bit longer.

Do you know where you're going? You might able able to look at the menu beforehand online. I completely agree that you could order whatever you like on this special occasion and shouldn't feel bad about it - but I understand that you might not be in that mindset right now. If what you WANT to do is order a light meal, then…

I'm so glad for the progress you've made, aaaron00. And that you can recognize when you need a little outside assistance. Not many people have that much self awareness.

Yep.

I wanted an apple turnover for about a week and kept not getting one. And then one day I got a four pack and ate them all in 24 hours. Go get the mini.

WOW! Look at YOU, levitateme! You look amazing!

Taught me that I prefer just about anything else to running. Someday I might find the joy in it.

I grew up in Canada. Transplanted to north Florida for about a decade. Now in Texas. I think Texas is the friendliest place we've lived. lol

1) 34 2) 144 3) Texas 4) moderate 5) 5-6 hours a week 6) yes 6) usually dinner 7) five or six 8) about 80 oz 9) find a way to fit it into my day, if I really want it 10) It could be anything - but I almost always get double veggies with it... unless I really want fries. lol. Again, I just try to fit it into my day.

I smile at everybody. I make eye contact in the hallway, and will engage the friendlier people in quick chit chat. I can't help it. I'm friendly by nature. I do a lot group classes because I like the shared experience. Even if it's miserable. There are happy people who I will grin at if I catch their eyes in the mirror -…

Way to go! You look great!

I went over to the Kohls site really quick and I guess they've sold out! I'm sorry! Bah.
