Hmm. The snuggest bikini top I have is a Lands End (yes, I'm in my 30s) bra-sized one. But I still probably won't run in it. Maybe just grab a couple of the cheap FILA ones from Kohls? They've got them for $5 online. Kohls Cares stuff.

Lord, hear our prayer.

Convince my husband to show me around the weight room, so I can go in there and feel like I know what I'm doing later. Three good group classes. Drink more water.

You look great!

We do. We Skype with grandma. His cousin doesn't have a webcam/microphone though, and what they're trying to do is play Minecraft together. Not necessarily chat about their day. lol

And way to go! 80 lb loss? Amazing!

I've only ever been to Disney in Orlando but there you would be able to ride everything. Even the kiddie rides. Have you checked the Tokyo Disney website to see if there are size restrictions? I really can't imagine you having a problem.

Honey, I think that just might be ... you know ... internal organs. For what it's worth - do a quick check for diastasis recti. Otherwise I don't know what to tell you. You look very slim to me, even in your belly. It doesn't look like fat.

My oldest will be ten this summer, and we have considered getting him a basic phone only because we moved several states away from his best friend and cousin last year, and they are CONSTANTLY on my phone. It occurs to me as I type this that getting a landline might actually be the way to go - because... he's only turning…

Two different words: tampon failure.

Is there a way to do this simply, here? I do prefer a slightly bigger picture with calories - but I haven't figured out how to do that simply on MFP.

Great work!

5'6", but close. CW: 144 Clothing: small or 4/6 Bust: band 29" cup 33" Waist: 26" Hips: 35" Thigh: 23.5" (it was super duper hard to drop under 24" - super duper) I don't really have a goal weight. I'd like to drop a little more body fat (last measurement was 21%) so I'm restricting calories but I don't know when I'll…

It could be just a matter of manners. Even if I know a friend is "dieting" I will offer them something to eat/drink when they come over. That's the way I was taught to ... hostess, I guess. If they don't want to partake, I'm not offended. But I don't like to leave people out.

Canadian transplant! :) Born in Kitchener, Ontario, but now in Houston, Texas by way of Utah, Georgia, Washington, and Florida. lol

The things you take so seriously - calm down about. The things you don't care much about - take more care with. Take more pictures.

Mondays and Wednesdays are moderate. Fridays are super hard. Saturdays are usually yoga. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays I try to take off from on-purpose exercise. I'll still go to the pool with the kids, or we'll just be up and busy with other things - but I'll also spend the day sitting if I want to. Loose schedule…

Good for you!! Quitting smoking was definitely the hardest part. The rest will come. :)

I'm not sure what you mean. The only dinners that leave me with substantial leftovers are casseroles and soups, and we don't eat those very often. When that happens, leftovers can be frozen or packed for lunch... But if you're tired of chicken, you can cook up a pork chop or a steak or anything as easily as you can a…

Yes. He's not enthusiastic about, but he doesn't complain about healthy meals. He's not coming to the gym, but adjusts his schedule if I need him to (and pays for the membership). He is (or at least acts) interested in and happy for my victories. If he wants to go to dinner he doesn't mind me choosing the place we go.…

Why does it have to translate to basketball, though? Couldn't being able to lift heavy for the sake of being able to lift heavy be enough? Why does it need to be justified? You can just want it. Even if it doesn't make sense to anyone else.

In a helpful way, sure. In a picking on me way, absolutely not - I would hurt forever.

Wonderful! Your hard work is showing!

Sweetheart - you need new friends.

Are you healthy? Are you happy? Is your body able to do what you want it to do? I outweigh many people who I am smaller than. It doesn't make me better or worse than them. It doesn't make anyone who loves me love me more or less. Or me them. I'm sorry hearing what someone else weighs made you worry. It's a weird thing to…

I think it's open, but I changed my settings to not announce when I've "stayed under calories", and I never click the "finished logging" button anyway.

I like evening workouts. Or I used to. I haven't done one in a while, now that I have access to a gym with childcare. But I think there is no "better" or "worse", over all. Some people get too pumped to sleep. Some, like me, sleep like a rock after the exertion.

I've never been active enough before to notice if I'm losing it now. I'll let you know, I guess. lol

Oh I like Muscle Milk chocolate. Right now I have the GNC brand Wheybolic something something vanilla. It's just ok. I used to blend the Muscle Milk with almond milk and ice and really like it (because sweetener, I'm sure). The Wheybolic isn't good blended. Better just shaken up. Again with almond milk.
