Sounds like time for a follow up. p.s. I never liked birth control either.

My guess would be active. I consider myself moderately active and you move much more than I do.

All the thumbs in the world, up.

I like middle of the afternoon. It's quiet at the gym then.

You can absolutely take a tour of your gym before you sign up and ask them what the weight limits are on the different machines. In fact, do that for SURE before you sign anything or put down any money. You should feel comfortable going there. If you don't, it's not the gym for you - go ahead and tour the next one until…

I love her! And Nerd Fitness. lol. I have one more get-to-know-the-weight-room session with my husband, and then I'm going to start Stronglifts 5x5. I'm so excited!

I don't, because I've set my calorie goal to account for my activity level.

The WEIRDEST thing is, since it's pretty well known in her social circle that she's had her breasts augmented, people feel entitled to them. "Oh, they're fake? Can I feel them?" and often not waiting for a response. It's absolutely bizarre, because while sure they're enhanced - they're still part of her body. I can't…

I haven't - may some day. My best friend had hers done last year and they look fantastic. I don't really understand the difference, but she said her surgeon was able to put them "over the muscle" because she had enough body fat that the implants could blend in. If she had been leaner, I guess placement would have been…

Water water water water water water water. And sometimes watermelon.

I said I hated yoga for a long time, but I've found an instructor I really like, and happily attend her class now. I don't mind the "breathe into your back" so much. I just try to stretch a little bit there. You know like when you lift if you think about the muscle you want to use? It's like that, more than anything. What…

To answer your question though, band and cup size decreased at the same rate until I hit <30 around the band. That's apparently as small as I'm going to get around, but I've lost an additional cup size since then.
-
Even when your cup size is "the same" the volume of the cups decreases as your band size decreases. So a 36B is the same cup volume as a 34C, 32D, 30DD... KWIM? A B is not a B across the board. So I was a 36B, then a 34C, now I'm measuring a 30D but that's really hard to find so I wear a 32C.

Congratulations!!! Great work!
-
Thanks! You may be the first person to ever say that to me. lol. I get a lot of "you look like this girl I knew..." I have Familiar Face. ;) You look like Snow White. Who is fictional. And still... you look like Snow White.

Emma Watson.

That's only a three pound difference. 149 to 146. But I lost almost 2" off my waist, about 6" off my hips, finally got under 24" around my thighs (23.5 and 23.7 but STILL. lol) and though the measurement hasn't changed significantly in my upper thigh/lower butt, there's been a significant visual change. *I* think, anyway.…

Three pounds. 149 to 146. lol. I mean, they're not great before/afters. If I had thought about it I'd have taken one in a sports bra for before, but I didn't. And I didn't lose a lot of weight. You can mostly see the results around the bottom of my butt/upper thigh. I lost about six inches off my hips, and though the…

Not sure there's a difference between licorice and skunk spray, to me. lol

Some of the letters in my name. I KNOW. I am so original and creative!

How long it is until I can stop running. lol. It's not for me. Sometimes I run past the barns of an equestrian center, and then I think about how ... fragrant ... horses are.
-
It was meant as a compliment! lol. I guess it could be taken either way. But LOOKS. Just LOOKS. lol

leaaaaaane looks like she'd fit in with the Kardashian sisters.

I was going to say Gerard Butler, but he does have a Kenneth Branagh smile.

I weigh almost every day but I only "count" one weigh in a month. It's always the week after my cycle - and it's done at the gym with a trainer. She tests my bicep strength and measures my body fat and blood pressure, too.
-
I try (some days harder than others) to hit 30% protein. The rest is kind of evenly split between carbs and fat, but I'm more likely to go over fat. I eat kind of a lot of fat. lol
-
The first success story that I read all the way through, and made me a little teary. Congratulations! And thank you, for all the good you're doing!
-
I think you're doing okay, honey. It's scary to see the scale go up a bit after you've worked so hard to lose. But it's pretty normal for women to fluctuate a pound or three according to what time of the month it is. I weigh myself pretty often but I like to only "count" the one right after my AF ends. Pre-ovulation week…

Egg whites. I can't do egg whites. I can do the one-whole-and-two-whites scrambled eggs for breakfast, and that's yummy enough. I tried to put a couple boiled eggs in my salad this evening and just... no. I mostly ate the yolk and left a lot of white. Nope. I could LIVE off avocado. My word. You guys. Avocado! Yum!

Only you really know how hard you're working. If it's enough to start, it's enough to start. It's okay for something to be hard, though. It probably won't kill you. ;) Just try. Do what you can to start. You'll be able to do more, the more you do. And be proud of what you've done and how far you've come. Notice yourself…
