I've gained and lost 35lb twice (and 50lb once!) with my pregnancies and my skin is still ok. Even on my stomach which obviously took the brunt of the stretching. I'm 34.

It's hard to talk when you're working your butt off. Granted, there would be less butt to work off if we all exercised more often. But, I think I'll just stick to eating at meal times and exercising around them. :)

I tell myself I can phone in it if I need to, but I should at least try. 99% of the time, I don't actually slack. But knowing that I can if I want is enough to make it okay. Apparently I don't like being bossed around, even by myself. lol

I scrambled two eggs and two egg whites, and gave my 3yo daughter a third of it. Had the rest with some cheese. Glass V8 juice.
