  • If they say you can't eat during your shift except for your break, see if you can bring a protien shake and go in back and drink that quick when you feel hungry. They are pretty filling and easy to drink.

  • Greek yogurt or protein shakes would be the easiest and fastest ways to add it in. You could get the Bear Naked peak protein granola and add that into some greek yogurt. That will be packed with protein.

  • I don't think it really matters, but I have mine on weekends. I don't usually go to the gym on weekends, but sometimes my man and I do some sort of physical activity, whether it is tennis or just going for a walk.
