I am definitely gonna look at eating more calories and adding some walking into my plan. I am seeing a doctor too, and go back in 2 weeks. Trying so hard to lose 8-10 pounds during the month between doctor visits.

Oh...I see what you meant. Oatmeal is similar to bread, pasta, and potatoes. I didn't realize that. :blushing:

Oatmeal is bad? Its 100-200 calories for breakfast plus my coffee. Not really sure what to eat for breakfast because i never ate breakfast in the past and Am having to force myself to eat it. Trying to train myself to eat by the clock so i develop healthier eating habits and plan my meals instead of just grabbing Whats…

Thanks for all the words of wisdom and encouragement! I have another question. I noticed on the menus people were eating today that pasta, bread, and potatoes were mentioned quite a few times, and by people who lost a significant amount of weight. Should i still be eating some of these foods ? I guess what i am asking.....…

Yes Mfp app told me 1200 calories. Then when I joined here to ask for insight with my plan, it said like 1330 calories.

PNOTE...I MISTAKINGLY PUT THE WRONG CALORIES I CONSUME ON THE FIRST POST. I CORRECTED IT NOW. I am on here with my phone and not a computer and kind of difficult with auto correct and small screen. Lol. So I add everything i put into my mouth onto a journal that keeps track of the calories. It does tell me the other info…
