Hellman's light mayo is DELICIOUS. Miracle Whip, on the other hand, is vile. I never thought I'd be a fan of light mayo, but since trying it I can't be without it. I use that and a little sweet relish with my tuna!

I make an attempt to correct them but if they try to argue their point I just say ok and try to drop it. If they are responsive and want to hear what I have to say, I'm glad to tell them more. I just don't have the energy or desire to argue with someone about nonsense.

If you are not losing weight then you are underestimating how much you are eating. Instead of measuring your food, buy a food scale and weigh it. 1400-1600 is a good range for you to stick to. How are you determining whether something is 4 oz? By using a measuring cup? 4oz = 113.4 grams And that is true no matter what you are measuring. The reason why 1/2 cup of different foods can have different weights is because of a difference in density.

Oh here we go... more fear mongering. Guess what? 1200 calories is perfectly fine. I lift weights 3-4 times/week, eat 1200 calories, feel amazing, and have lost 50 pounds. Just because you don't have the willpower to do it doesn't mean that it's not safe. Science is on my side. Ignorance is annoying. :explode:

I'm 5'2.5, weigh 154, and wear a (US) size 6 or 8 depending on the brand. I plan on losing another 25 pounds or so and will be a size 4. My goal weight is around 130. I am very muscular and would look too skinny at any lower of a weight.

Have you gotten the Depo-Provera shot? Or any other kind of birth control? They can cause spotting. Exercise and calorie restriction has made mine very irregular... but definitely not more frequent. I would see a doctor if you are concerned.

2-3 meals a day, both meals after 12-1:00. Intermittent fasting is the shiz. I may have a snack or two, it just depends on how many calories I have left for the day.
