I think I read somewhere that she is a long distance cyclist... which explains why she can eat all those carbs. She is a complete whacko and I wouldn't recommend that anyone survive on just fruit. Telling people that they can eat limitless fruit and lose weight is complete nonsense and irresponsible at best.

Yes, since November 2011. By choice... I'm focusing on myself and haven't met someone that am interested in enough to sleep with. Before that the longest I ever went was probably 3 months and not by choice.

I wouldn't throw around the word "binge" when you simply mean overeating. My "overeating" days are 2400-3000. My last binge was around 6000... it was bad and I'm hoping that it won't happen again.

I did 16/8 for a while and really liked it initially... until I started binge eating. I don't recommend IF for anyone with disordered eating like binging. Btw, I was never really a binge eater before trying IF.

Anywhere from 1400-1800... I'm trying to find my sweet spot where I can lose weight but not feel hungry/tired. I lost the majority of my weight eating 1200-1400, but there's no way I can do that anymore.

I eat brunch :bigsmile: I wake up around 7:00 am but I don't eat breakfast until around 10:30. If I eat any earlier than that I'm starving all day and I run out of calories.

Log everything, no matter what it is. Weigh everything. Fruit can definitely make you fat. And I wouldn't post in the forums if you are that sensitive OP... people can get pretty harsh around here, although I didn't see anything in this thread to get worked up over.
