Have you measured yourself..sometimes weight fluctuates with hormones, water and muscles. Are you doing weight training?

I find porridge good for breakfast and as a snack. It's warm, low calorie and nourishing. Soya yogurt is filling and tastes great with frozen berries that have been heated up. I recommend a good oil or lotion, clarins, cocoa butter and daily scrubbing with a coconut scrub and then oil always makes me feel good...x

quorn bacon is nice with avocado in a salad quorn ham good with wheat free bread and salad I think it's good to have quorn maybe 3-4 times a week, not everyday! Today I had bean burgers made with sweet potato and beans, so yummy!

swimming is an all rounder for me, as well as cardio it's toning as I'm pushing my body through water and working all my muscles! phew!

I used to be the same and now have a cup of warm soya milk before bedtime and I feel that sorts me out for the late evenings... I also paint my nails, pamper.. and try to not think about snacks ;)

It's just a it disheartening, however it's given me more of a push. I guess the 05% less body fat is a bonus. I'll measure myself later and see if there's progress. And then I'll weight myself before the weekend... onwards and downwards ;)

does the calorie thingy change depending on your weight? My ipod nano is accurate because I inputted my weight. Just checked swimfit.org; 30 mins of Front Crawl Slow will burn 257 Kcal Does mfp calorie measure work or is it just random

i had three fast 30 minute walks and measured calories with nano. Thanks for your comments,very helpful for a newbie x :love:

I swam moderately for an hour and walked about 90 minutes spread out over the day (measured by the ipod nano). So maybe that's accurate? Does anyone have any tips on protein levels. I don't eat meat, so besides soya, eggs and cheese. What other lunch foods are protein based? Thanks
