Well my exercise consist of just a treadmill and pushups and sit-ups for example; warm up for 2 minutes run for 3 treadmill stops, then I quickly get off and do 20 sit-ups then get back on the treadmill run for 3 more minutes then it stops and I do 20 pushups that repeats for 30 minutes then I cool down for 2 minutes

honestly its been more of moving from processed foods to organic, or even just "better food choices" i don't get to exercise as much as i would like too, I'm usually really busy with my 2 kids and my job. But most of the exercise i do is push ups and sit ups in the morning and before i go to bed

Most of my weight loss comes from portion control and calorie counting, i agree with the junk food thing though, I ate IHOP today and i felt like CRAP afterwards, but i do try and have a candy bar or something good every now and then. I look at my journey as a life style change rather than a 'diet'.
