I have no idea for tonight. But Christmas Day dinner were having hot roast beef sandwiches, baked macaroni & cheese, & green beans!

Lots of luck! The same thing happened to my MIL last year. Chemo made her lose literally 30ish pounds & once chemo was over, it took her roughly 6ish months to gain just about all that weight back.

I was high risk with all my children, not due to overweight. But bc of my kidney disease (FMD). The only time I tracked calories was with my third pregnancy. My doctor finally yelled at me by my 24 week appointment bc I wasn't gaining weight still.... Congrats & good luck

I worked out for 45 minutes on the treadmill to get 495 calories. Is that too much?

I get the same pains near my incision! I've had 3 csections. I would Take a rest day.

Thanks. I usually am up & down hill, brisk walking while pushing a stroller.

I use a polar watch that tells me the calories as I'm walking. Some days I walk 2 miles, the other day I walked 5 miles.

Okay I went & bought a scale. I am going to consume 1,250 calories & NOT eat my workout calories. Thanks everyone for your help... One website said to lose weight fast, I need 1,495 calories... So I guess what I'm not sure of is how many I should consume!

I never weighed my food before when I lost weight so that's why I didn't try it this time. So, I should eat 800 calories & burn 400 & not eat back those calories? Bc I don't usually eat back my workout calories.

Since I started. A few pounds here or there, but nothing drastic... How many calories should I eat then, if I'm eating "too" much? Before when I lost weight I was on a 1,500 calories diet & lost weight with working out. Please help!! Thank you

Hi. I'm Jenn! I'm from PA. This is my 2nd go-around with weight-loss. I had lost 35lbs before getting pregnant with my third daughter in 2011... And, been struggling ever since... But, I think after 2.5 years, I'm finally back on my horse. :-)
