Oh good! I thought maybe I was being insane weighing every morning.
-
Consider yourself lucky! I was one of those freak of natures that never lost weight while nursing

I follow quiet a few women on Instagram that have had the gastric sleeve done! And have had successful weight loss. ☺️ I would look on there for advice as well.

It came be dangerous taking it if you don't need it. Your BP could dip too low. I was on this one with my first pregnancy. I ended up having a super rare kidney disease, but I didn't know until my daughter was 5 months old. My other two pregnancies afterwards were healthy and normal.

I've tried so many (lexapro, Zoloft, Effexor, celexa, seroquel, hybrid)... And none of them worked and all made me gain so much weight.

My phystraist knows it was making me anxious like you're describing. She put me on Prozac 1 20mg every other day.

The dizzy and nausea took 4 weeks to end with me! Glad you were able to quit smoking! Such a bad habit to kick. I'm smoke free for 10 years next month.

I can't give up my one cup of coffee every morning! I drink it with French vanilla creamer, no sugar, no Splenda. I have had successful weight loss in the past (2011) while consuming 2-3 cups of coffee a day.

Not currently nursing, but did nurse my three kids and I could never lose weight while nursing! I could drop 3lbs and that was it. My body held onto all that baby fat. I'm 4 years PP and just now started losing all that pregnant weight! We weaned a year ago.

I drink diet iced tea. I gave up soda completely years ago. I have 1 to 2 cups a day. But I mostly drink water. Try adding some artificial flavor to it. I like the peach tea you can add to them. It's only 5 calories.

I don't know where my comment went all the way. Breastfeeding never helped me lose weight! I was one of them freaks. Lol I nursed my last for 2.5 years. And for the happy horny skinny pill, I guess all are accurate! I'm 32 and mom a 3... And I have a crazy high libdo.

Breastfeeding never made me lose weight

Thanx. I've always gained weight on prednisone. And whenever I was on any other anti-depressant I always gained.
-
I was on it a few years ago & didn't gain weight with it. It wasn't working for me tho, I'm on 450mg of Wellbutrin.
-
I'm sorry for what happened, as I have walked these shoes, but you should put your subject as a tigger warning.
-
I always gain weight & water weight during my period. It's so fustrating.
-
Thank you! ☺️

What form are you taking and what strength? There are three different forms and various strengths. I have no nausea on 100 mg of SR. The XL didn't agree with me, however.[/quote] Bupropion HCL XL 300mg

I ate a whole bunch of soup when I got mine removed. The pain killers made me sick tho, so I was throwing up ontop of barely eating.

I LOLed so hard!

Almost 32. Finally getting motivated again!

You're not alone! I've tried SO many antidepressants & none of them worked. I'm on 150mg of Wellburtin & so far so good! I'm motivated & I have energy. Since it's been nice I've been walking to get my kids from school & some days I force myself to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Once you get in to see the physiatrist…

CW: 175 GW: 140s I'm 5'4" No idea how to get started again. MFP tells me 1,200 calories but I'm still hungry. I know it takes time. I've done this before in 2011, I lost 25lbs in 5 months. But now I've had a third csection (my troubled area).

I have 30ish pounds to lose. Yes, I log everything from seasons, spices, creamer, ketchup.
-
Yes, I have a food scale & use my measuring cups.

It doesn't help that my kids are home on break, and they're all sick...... So my groove is messed up! I usually drop them off at school & then workout when I come home. I'm just winging it until they go back to school on the 4th. Still counting calories, just haven't been able to excersise.
-
Yesterday I didn't track calories! But I didn't eat like crap either.
-
I got the same responses the first time around I lost weight in 2011. When I got pregnant I continued to calorie count until I was 22 weeks pregnant (which my doctor knew about & then he told me enough was enough). *I* feel like I was addicted to calorie counting (like an eating disorder)..... I'm trying to track…

I don't wear one like those girls. Mines mostly for back support. My lower back is shot & have nerve damage from having spinals. Nothing tight or squishing organs!
