I count water. Water is all I drink for the most part with the exception of my 45 calorie energy/vitamin drink. But I love my water so much, it is easy for me to be that way. Everything else is just gross to me.

sodium is usually to blame for a 3 pound gain. However, a back up in the bowels can do it as well. Don't stress and watch and see. It will disappear in a couple of days.

limiting my veggies and fruits (not including white potatoes)- no thank you. No one ever got fat from eating too many veggies. I live on these. I love my veggie carbs!

Gluten free and Vegan with the option of Soy free as well. There would be vegetarian food as well and my husband would have a meat smoker next door. lol. I love the smell but son't really eat it.

I give it away or trash it. Either way, I don't eat it. If you don't eat refined sugar for a long period of time, you will cease to like it.

I weigh almost daily. My weight only goes down unless there is a valid reason. I keeps me on target. However, I weigh myself at the same time each day.

UDI'S is where it is at. Plus Domino's has GF pizza that is amazing. Bob's Red Mill GF is perfect. Pamela's makes a great pancake mix. There is so much that is super yummy. Don't be afraid to cook.

I totally agree. I never track my exercise. When I did, I stayed the same in weight.

I don't know when I quit lol but I did. I quit smoking. I quit drinking. I quit sugar. I quit dairy. I rarely eat meat. I am very much a quitter.

Any food or product that contains wheat, barley or rye. If I ruled the world, I would destroy it completely. Gluten is my kryptonite. After exposure, I am down for 3 days to a week/week and a half. *shudder* So very gross. Anything else, I will try at least once.
