I wear scrub pants and use my phone as a therapy tool so a phablet is fine for me. However, it is more important to see how you can handle it. Front pocket is not likely.

No. I just went 600 in the negative. Log it. I will do double my exercise tomorrow and stick to my calories. I will still be in the negative for the week.

I used to be a diet coke head but as I got older, the more I fell in love with straight up water. So now I never drink it. I don't miss it either. I love my water.

I said that I resent that they have the option. Their cheating is having other options. And I admitted to jealousy. Just restating as there is no judgment here. I do support everyone and know many people that have had the multiple types of surgeries and cheer them all on. I resent not having the option or that type of help.

I resent people that have weight loss surgery. I feel like they are cheating. Not because they are taking the easy way out, but that they have the option. The most difficult way is my absolute only option ever. I suffer from envy.

Spark, fruit punch. My favorite.

I did it for 24 days. I did it to learn control. My tummy growled the whole time and kept off half of the weight that I lost. That was almost 2 yrs ago. I love the juice but like chewing more.

I am attempting one as well. I am cheating a little as I am using tomato sauce and so forth but trying to make sure that it does not have any sugar, soy and so forth in it.

eggs, avocado and salsa on top. YUM!

I cut out gluten years ago as I am gluten intolerant. If I stop eating dairy, I lose about 10 lbs in a week because it makes me bloat something awful. I cut out sugar because I have a family history of diabetes and frankly, sugar has no nutritional value. I limit rice and potatoes because of my family's diabetic history.…

I was 27 when I met my 18 yr old soon to be husband. He had just turned 18. Now, 9 yrs later, life is pretty awesome. Other than battling my weight issues, life is good.

we drink almond/coconut milk because we like it more. After a few months of dairy free, I am now lactose intolerant. I am okay with that. It is much better than feeling like an elephant is sitting on my chest after eating cheese/drinking milk. Almond/coconut milk tastes amazing in cereal too. I don't miss it all. *my kids…

coffee and food gift certificates! And the game mentioned above.

bananas are my friend! I love them so much. Sometimes two a day and I still lose weight.

My husband is 27 and always sleeps closer to the door if the left side of the bed is closest, and it is. I have to sleep on the right side of the bed because it works out best for our sleeping/cuddle formations. Just saying, it could be a side of the bed thing instead.

as a gluten/lactose intolerant person, I have to say gross. However, it looked pretty awesome but I think anyone would die shortly after eating.

I am a food addict. If I cheat, I fall off the wagon for like 3 months and gain a lot of weight back. Never again. It is not worth it. I am not a moderation kind of girl. If you can control it, go for it. If you are like me, DON'T.
