I am 72, so far I've lost 45 lbs using MFP. Had a little glich this winter, but I'm now back on track. Just keep on logging. Good Luck! It's never too late!

I just restarted after not journaling for 4 months and gained about 30 pounds back after losing closed to 60. I found that good or bad I need to record everything I eat. Have been back on track for one week and feel better already! Good Luck!

I am 70 years old and in better shape than I have been in my whole adult life! You're never too old to get in shape! In 10 months I've lost around 70 lbs. A little of my weight before I joined MFP.

Went out to lunch and shopping for clothes with my sister, and for the first time in my life (I'm 70 years old) I wore a smaller size than my sister. Felt good!
