I'm using the run double app so maybe it's a bit different? Week 9 is 30 minute runs. I just did my first 30 minute tonight and so happy that I was able to accomplish. :)

I just finished week 8 and on to week 9 tomorrow. I think week 7 was the toughest week for me. Its more mental than anything right now especially having to run on the treadmill.. I can't wait for it to warm up here in WI so I can run outside. :)

Just found this group last night and found this thread. I was so worried as today was my week 5 day 3 run, but I took everyone's advice and slowed my speed down to make sure I could achieve it. Thanks everyone for the advice I made it slow and steady!! I've lost 11 lbs since starting MFP and C25K!!! :D

I'm down 4lbs for the first week may be some water weight.... I also make smoothies in the morning. I use complete nutrition vanilla protein, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, ice, water and 1 cup frozen fruit and its delicious... Not a big breakfast eater so this is quick in the morning and keeps me full until lunch!

I'm in! Just starting and would love to be down 10lbs by March! Starting weight approx 198, but first weigh in will be tomorrow. :) Ultimate goal weight of 140 so I have a lot of work ahead of me!
