I did see your P90X photos, good going.

You need to go back to photobucket and use the one that says IMG Code but when you paste it, You then have to change the IMG in the bracket to lower case img and it will them work to post the photo.

SW: 218 WK1: 216 WK2: 214.5 WK3: 212 This has been a good week. Even being on vacation I was able to exercise and watch what I ate. 2.5 pounds lost is a beautiful thing.

Great job! I just finished day 9 of P90X I love it so far. Oh and here you go, I am posting your photos for you. In the future, just use the IMG code on photobucket and change the capital IMG to img inside the brackets. You are looking good by the way.

Google doc is an easy way to keep it and it is public, just post the link and everyone can enter their own weigh in weights too. It will save you a lot of work.

Let me try this link since the first one didn't work. The weight in the photo is supposed to say 224 lbs not 2224 lbs. I just noticed that, I will have to go into photobucket later and edit that. Okay, they appear to work and I want to thank everyone for their help and encouragement.
