Maybe you need to cut out wheat and sugar from your diet. I find that when I eat wheat or too much sugar, I don't lose weight no matter how few calories I eat.

I did weight watchers last time, but it doesn't work for me now. I have slight hypothyroidism. I also quit drinking milk a few weeks ago and lost 6 lbs right away. I really think it's the sugar and grains that are so bad for me. I should say I'm doing low sugar and mostly no grain.
