Just joined MFP and this group this week: Start Weight: 211.0 Goal Weight: 145.0 Goal Halloween Weight: 199.0 Goal Thanksgiving Weight: 193.0 Goal Christmas Weight: 185.0 I plan to log my weights in MFP weekly put post weights on my goal dates until after the holidays.

I am sticking with salads, grilled chicken, tuna, (all lean meats), and incorporating into my diet more vegetables and fruits. It is hard...I just started yesterday so don't have a Plan just yet but that's what im starting with...hope that helps a little
