I'm really new just joined last week....Been a rough week, went over my calories two out of the five days so far. Wow 90 lbs down, that awsome. Please keep going and make your next goal. Keeping motivation is always my problem. I'd love to make it to my goal weight of 175 lbs.

Yes it's not the perfect lunch but it's something....There's so many that have nothing. Maybe she can trade for something healthy.
