So do you guys think its not necessary to go to a specialist to give me a detailed diet every week. I did so once and I have to admit it was a great expirience, she got me down to 59 kg! But I didn't stick with healthy eating and boom here I am again lol:embarassed:

Hey Jessi!!! Thanks! Yeah we are at the same point! Well MFT told me exactly what the doctor told me 1200 cals and burn 550 a day, I think I find this the hardest part. I'm so not a sporty person! And yes I'll totally add you! Good luck on your journey! HEY you are already 9 kg down... CONGRATS!!!
