  • I have done the elliptical for thie past 5 weeks straight. I lean towards it because my knees are shot and I need a low impact work out. I agree with the other poster, it really depends on which one works for you. My wife runs on the treadmill and can't stand the elliptical and I am the opposite.
  • I learned that Breakfast is VITAL to successful weight loss. I take 10 minutes to have cereal and coffee whenever I work a late shift.
