  • Go with the higher protein/higher fiber options so you stay fuller for longer, or else you'll just end up eating more empty calories.
  • Wow I felt pretty good about my near 20lb loss til I read all these. I know everyone's size is different, but still. I'm 5'3", weigh 130 and barely fit into a size 8. I know when I weighed 130 before, I was smaller somehow and wore a 4/6. I'm hoping to shrink to size soon, if that makes sense.
