Hi,.....not sure why you are stalling but hang in there!!!!! I plan on only weighing myself twice a week Sunday and Wednesday Evenings....sometimes the daily weighing can be discouraging even if you know its water weight gain....Love the lost inches too!!!:heart:

I have started doing Atkins every other day....on off days a low-carb diet.....with plenty of exerc:wink: ise very determined to loose this weight.....
