Well I recently stopped maintaining because I decided to lose a few more lbs, but before that I was maintaining for about 4 months, prior to that I had been eating 1200 like you and I'm 5''5, I was too scared to raise it to 1650 because I thought I was certain I would gain weight. However I decided I would try, so I added…

THIS, especially in my case, I thought I had a little loose skin around my lower belly but it really is just filled with fat lol. xD
-
I also have a very petite frame (at 5''5 ) I'm 8 1/2 stone right now and still have some fat left to lose xD so I am aiming for 8 stone, It does depend on your body shape I think, because I am pear shaped so I have thin arms and legs but carry all my fat around my hips and tummy... However I'm eating around 1410 + exercise…

I went from a C/D to a B currently, hope I won't be A after another 7lbs D:

I'm also 5''5 but I'm also very small framed (which I do not see as a blessing lol) basically means I'm at 120ish lbs right now and I'm a high uk size 10 , I would like to be size 8 though :)

Tracking Macros made me obsessive and prelog all the time just to make sure I hit them, now I pretty much just track calories + protein and it's a lot more manageable
-
I used it today! :p
-
<<carb lover, everyone on here always recommends loads of protein like lb per body weight , kg etc etc, but when I boost my protein like that it gives me bad stomach cramps :l I actually feel a lot better sticking to the recommended amount of like 15% protein and eating more carbs, I suppose my point here is that everyone…

Honestly I think this site is living proof that you can eat pretty much what you want within your calories (and macros if you choose) , the diet plan might work but it's not something you would enjoy and you should lose weight in a manner that is sustainable for you :) so yeah if I were you I would just track your calories…
-
I've had great success with it , as long as you're honest and consistent I don't even bother to track carbs, I love them so I know I probably eat like 200g+ some days XD
-
yes, Plus I found having a calorie deficit made me want to bulk my meals more with veggies and they can easily take up 100 -200 calories in a day Definitely log fruit.
-
I lost the bulk of my weight doing around 1200 for over a year, started maintaining on 1650 + exercise calories now I've decided to lose another 10lbs so I'm trying to lose slowly by netting 1400-1500, some days I might net lower than that though depending on exercise
-
To maintain about 1650 + exercise calories decided to lose a few more lbs so usually net about 1300-1450 depending on exercise
-
I had Pizza toast today , that **** is awesome small slice of wholemeal bread, marinara sauce, slice of cheese, grill that ****, 115 calories ^-^

Well I initially gained 2lbs maximum when I went into maintenance for a while

You are probably binge eating because you aren't eating enough? Are you eating ''extremely healthy'' because you really want to? or because you feel that you should to keep down your weight? If that's the case it might be that you just need to treat yourself a bit more, binge eating can most certainly occur when you feel…

I've been maintaining for about 3 months (taking a break before trying to lose those last 10lbs lol ) and I've been regularly eating back allll my exercise calories, and it's worked for me, I've stayed pretty static at about 120ishlbs the entire time I do have my base set calories at sedentary though because my exercise is…

I'm currently on a break, I lost all the weight (as stated on my ticker) in just over a year and then decided to maintain which I have been for about 3 months , I recently decided that at some point I would like to lose another 10lbs this year but I'm happy to just wait a bit more until I do that

You will drive yourself nuts if you start seeing certain foods negatively, I know I did. I find I want it more if I tell myself ''only once a week may you have ice cream'' etc. then I binge on ice cream. instead I focus now on what I should be eating instead of what I shouldn't be ,I eat what I like within my calories and…

maybe get smaller bread? I usually have a small loaf of bread that's about 50 calories a slice; so a tablespoon of anything looks very generous when spread over it :)
-
I do believe it's sort of tailored to you, because when me and my boyfriend did the same exercise together it said he burned more than me for the same amount of time :p
-
Welll I usually exercise in the morning and I feel I would die without the energy from my breakfast to keep me going :3 I hate missing breakfast
