  • I don't , I use cups , and for the longest time I didn't even have cups + just estimated , I still lost a few stone that way I tried weighing for a while but it seemed a little too obsessive and also time consuming for me

  • I actually prefer using the cups and spoons over the scale, constantly weighing everything felt a lot more obsessive to me than putting something in a cup :p and I still seem to lose weight either way Importance level - 8 :) I love my cups

  • Fit in to a Uk size 10 pair of shorts :) I was really surprised because they looked so small on the hanger and I was just like no way would I fit into that... hard to adjust to a lower weight xD I totally bought them since I never ever wore shorts for fear of fat legs. :)

  • I used to be a complete night owl, (going to bed at 4am etc) now I just set my alarm early every morning (around 7am) regardless of whether I have to or not, this way I'm tired by 10pm :) plus I found waking up early is actually quite peaceful because no-ones awake until 10 - 11am XD I just feel better being a morning…

  • I tried the whole avoidance thing before and it eventually fails xD I went months without ice cream, thought I'd treat myself to a small portion, BAM whole ice cream tub is gone in one sitting . Now I just eat what I want, when I want, as long as it fits into my calories :) a lot better.
