Big thing, as simple and silly as it may sound, is to actually GO and USE that gym membership.

Peace!!!

Forgive, this piqued my interest. What does y'all's ages have to do with your individual weights in that example? Are you and your mom the same height?

I put this into the recipe builder (keep in mind, I did NOT put in fat free anything), and I double/triple checked calorie listings for the items (yes, I know there's still room for error), and it came to 352 calories per serving (I put a serving as 2 salmon patties, since the recipe is supposed to make 8 patties total). I…

This may seem like a long read, but... it's SOOOO worth it. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1 It's doable, it's worth it, and so are you.

Can you use one of the soft foam ear plugs in your ear to keep it plugged up and dry (so that you could then shower)?
-
Wait... couldn't drowning (in some cases, anyway) constitute not swimming in the first place (or second place or any other place, come to think of it)?

O.o Oh... my... May I come over for Christmas Eve, pretty please? I'll bring Japchae and Kimbap!!!

Forgive me, but I am a little confused. Yes, muscle is more dense than fat, but I do believe that one pound of muscle weighs exactly the same as one pound of fat.

^^ Very much this. I will admit, though, that I'm less likely to choose Hooters as a meal option due to the fact that I've NEVER received good service when I've gone there (and I'm talking about different restaurants in different states, not just a single location). :disappointed:

Definitely Moe's! I don't have to worry about cilantro accidentally showing up in anything I order. I have the anti-cilantro gene.

Umm... I know the commercial, and I didn't perceive it as directed towards kids. They were Muppets, not cartoon characters.

^^ This. My family is capable of making their own food if they do not care to have what I am having.

^^This, oh this... There are less than 10 photos in existence of me and my daughter together since her birth. She's 17 years old...

1. Log EVERYTHING... and be honest. 2. Get and USE a food scale. Cups and spoons are better than eye-balling it, but the food scale is DEFINITELY the best option.

Ok... water sprayed all over my monitor! *looks for paper towels and then goes to refill her water bottle*

Eat what you want. Enjoy your vacation! :drinker: The last time I went to Disneyworld, I probably ate everything that looked like it was edible, but walked so danged much that, after being there for over a week, when I got home and weighed myself, I had lost 5 lbs. If one were to go on a diet, THAT is the diet I would…

Definitely freshly cracked pepper. Doesn't need anything else.

Ok, so I looked at the "want to look like" picture and I am curious as to how you can tell how 'wide' the body in question is (since it is taken from a side shot, for the most part). I also looked at your profile pictures and could not find the 'wide' about which you speak when you described your body. I also looked at the…

The part about them living in Alabama pretty much says a lot of it. And before anyone gets mad about that comment, I happen to live in Alabama (and have for many years), as well, and have run into this mentality many times. The perception of a 'healthy weight' here tends to be on the heavier side of things. :ohwell:

Wow... your family is either NOT seeing YOU, or they are misguided. May I point out that the first picture of your face looks to be from '93, and I'm presuming the 2nd is much more recent. That's a lot of time between those two, and without the intent to flatter, I think you look better and healthier in the newest of the…
