Hi, my name is Laura. I am a working mom of 3. My kiddos are 7.5, 4, and 7 months. I work in mental health--so I need to be in shape to keep myself out of danger. So I am working on losing the weight that marriage and child bearing has put on. I love softball and want to keep playing on adult leagues--but again, weight is…

I am one that knew almost from conception. Just that, "oh boy, we just got me pregnant" feeling. I also always start throwing up a week before my period is late and I don't stop throwing up until I have the baby. So for me it is very obvious.

I have found the only thing that works for me is to involve them. I do at home work out videos and let the kids work out with me. They don't do 100% of it, but it pushes me to. Another thing I do is get on the treadmill while they are going to sleep. Then I am not just sitting watching tv while they go to sleep.

I haven't gone any further than this yet, but I have to say that is horrible! I hope you slapped her. I don't think that it is acceptable for her to say that to anyone! If you care enough about a baby that isn't here to try and get healthy, then you have the beginnings of being a great mom. That wasn't her place to judge!…

I always put in 50 extra calories a day for breastfeeding. This is the only way I don't get dizzy and light headed.

MFP did not have Breastfeeding. I read that on KellyMom. However, I add it not because of the burn---but because I need those extra calories. If I don't eat those 500 calories, I get light-headed and see black when I am breastfeeding. This may have something to do with being hyperglycemic--but anyhow it is the level I have…

Feel free to add me. I log my breastfeeding so I can eat back the calories. I googled and if you are exclusively breastfeeding/pumping you can burn between 500-700 calories a day from just that. So I put breastfeeding under cardio at 500. If I don't do that I don't eat enough and I get light headed when breastfeeding her.…

I buy bags of frozen fruit (strawberries and mixed fruit being my favorites) and put a small handful in the bottom of my water. It flavors it enough for me to drink tons of water. I have refilled my 32 oz cup 4 times today and I have an hour an a half left of my shift.

Great attitude! I do Week 1 Day 2 tonight. I did much better with day 1 than I did in the past. I am actually looking forward to tonight!

I am starting this tonight after work. I know this is an old thread--where is everyone now in their workouts? Still doing C25K? My 5K I signed up for is December 14th. I have ran a 5K before, so I am hoping that makes it somewhat easier.

My 7 year old is 53 inches and 63 lbs. With that being said--he is extremely skinny and has a skinny frame. If your son has a stocky frame, I would imagine that 63-65 lbs wouldn't be right for him. When you went for his 7 year old well child visit, did the peditrician say anything then about his weight? Helping him to eat…

Love your story, great job on hitting 100 lbs!
