• I just finished Week 1. I'm doing 2 miles each time. I find that if I keep my tablet on the app and my tv on a show, the time flies. I have done the program plenty of times, but this is the first time after baby #4. I'll run a 5K on the 4th of July. My 9 year old is suppose to run with me.
• 33 weeks-194 Total gain- (-2 lbs)
• Clearing out and weight loss is always a sign of labor for me! Good luck, mama you may be closer than your induction date.
• SW- 196 28Weeks-204 31Weeks-200 32Weeks-196 Total gain- 0 lbs I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 30 weeks and my weight has been going down every since.
• I'm guessing it is following the gestational diabetes diet, but I'm losing weight. In the last 2 weeks, I have lost 8 lbs. I'm 32 weeks 3 days. Any one else losing weight at the end? I usually lose 2-4 lbs at 35 weeks, but never this early or this much.
• 1.2.14---1.5 miles 1.3.14---1.5 miles
• I'm in. I'm 31 weeks pregnant with #4, so I'm just shooting for 1.5 miles a day. This will help my blood sugar and the end of pregnancy aches and pains.
• Just myself (haven't read link), I set it to maintain. I was eating back exercise calories, but not since I got gestational diabetes.
• I am 31 weeks. Up until 3 weeks ago, I was throwing up 10-100 times a day, so survival was the only thing I did. I'm down to throwing up 0-1 times a day do I'm taking my kids on mile long walks to get them ready for a 5K they want to do with me. I'm also doing prenatal yoga and I'm going to try Zumba at home tonight just…
• I took the 3 hr again and failed the fasting portion. So they put me on gestational diabetes diet. Yay. Not. It is my 3rd day on it. I was very overwhelmed the first day, but it is getting easier and my numbers have been great so far.
• Well, I went for my 3 hour test and puked it all up. I get the pleasure :s of trying again sometime this week.
• Awesome!!! I'm so happy for you! I did not receive good news. :-( I failed my glucose screening. So I have to go the 11th to do the 3 hour glucose test. If I fail it, I will be diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Boo! I also was hosipitilized this weekend for pneumonia. So I am on meds and trying to get over that. They…
• I will pray. We both need good news!
• Today I am going to get my Rograhm shot and glucose screening. :-1: Wish me luck!
• Also to add, I am 25 weeks 5 days and I have only gained 4 lbs. I vomit near constantly, so it helps maintain weight also. :-(
• I'm horrible about logging even when not pregnant. I don't think I have logged since becoming pregnant. However, I am making an effort to sign in each day so that I get into that habit. I am much better during the week when I am at work. Hopefully though, if I maintain this habit, I can start adding in logging food also…
• I would be very upset to cook up to 3 different meals! That is horrible. We take the preschool philisophy in our house--"take what you get and don't throw a fit." I wouldn't have time to cook more than one meal! We do however, meal plan for 2 weeks at a time. So if there is a meal that someone really wants, it goes on a…
• Congrats to everyone!
• We tried this---so our boys are Alex and Logan. People tried to call Alex, "Al" and he shut that down quick, he hates nicknames. People call Logan, "Lo-lo" sometimes. He makes a point to tell them that is stupid and takes more effort than saying his name. Lol--he isn't even quite 5 yet. My point is, people try to make…
• That is very stressful! Prayers everything stays going well. I have no experience, but HUGS!
• I have an incredibly large family. On my mom's side she is 1 of 5, 23 grandchildren, and 32 and counting great grandchildren. On my dad's side he is 1 of 7, 21 grandchildren, and 55 and counting great grandchildren, 5 and counting great-great grandchildren. I also do not like repeating names as a first name. Middle is fine…

I love this site. kbellnurse-Don't be too hard on yourself, just try to pace food when possible. If your hungry, eat. If your healthy overall…
•
I'm due March 25.
I'm due March 1st. I just knew this time it was going to be a girl to even out my family. This gives us 2 boys and 2 girls. I was spot on with this one. With my middle 2 I was wrong.
• Nov 1-2 miles Nov 2-0 miles Nov 3-0 miles Nov 4-Sick 0 miles Nov 5-0 miles Nov 6-0 miles Nov 7-0 miles Total of 2 miles. I have had a grandmother admitted to the hospital and two of my clients at work (Mental Health) admitted for medical issues.
• I went back yesterday for an appointment. It is 100% that I am having a GIRL. I am so excited. I will have boy-boy-girl-girl. Perfect! I get to experience the brotherly relationship and the sisterly relationship. I didn't have a sister, only brothers, so I'm happy for my daughter. The measurements were right where they…
• Some people like to get up early and do it before work. I personally do like the PP and wait until kids are in bed and do it then. If I don't let myself watch any of my shows until I work out, I tend to do it more. I am currently pregnant with #4, so I haven't been working out near as consistently.
• Last night I dreamed that my 4 year old died before Halloween and I was returning his costume and burst into tears because they gave me issues. :-(
• Hi, my name is Laura. I am a mother of 3, soon to be 4. I have been a member of this group, but never seem to make it to the end of the month--so if you see me missing, send me a note! I live in the United States (midwest) and it is starting to get chilly. I plan to walk after work when it is the warmest while my kids have…
• I had a dream that was weird last night and I woke up screaming and yelling. My husband was really concerned. My dream was that we were in a new house with a wrap around deck similiar to the house we live in now. Well I kept seeing this same person with long red hair walking on my deck and jumping down--even from the high…
• First of all, Congratulations on 74 lbs lost! That is amazing. Second, have you been to a fertility doctor? After 10 years of trying they would be more than willing to run tests and see what the root cause is. It could very well be the fluctuating periods or prolonged periods. I have known woman to lose weight and get…
