  • I am on my 4th pregnancy. Only with the 1st did I gain weight. I haven't gained with any of the others. I lost actually. My OB was never concerned and all my children were of normal weights (7lb 6oz, 8lb 3oz, 6lb 1oz). I wouldn't be too concerned as long as ultrasounds and such are showing normal growth in your baby.

  • Sparkpeople.com has a pregnancy sister site that has a ton of videos to watch for exercise. I used it my last pregnancy. Also Youtube is a great resource.

  • I will be 17 weeks Sunday. I plan to start doing Prenatal Yoga tonight.
  • I set my goal to maitain. That gave me 2,200 calories, which is plenty. And a lot more than the 1800 it was giving me before pregnancy.
  • I'm due March 1st with my 4th. I have HG, so I throw up a lot and lose a lot of weight, but not the healthy way.   • I have a yoga for pregnancy DVD that I did last pregnancy. I really need to get back to it! I can't remember the name of it. However, if you do an Amazon search you can find a variet of prenatal yoga videos that would be cheaper to do than going to a class.

  • I'm a mom of 3. It is hard, but one day at a time it is possible. I find it easier to involve the kids honestly.

  • We have had school canceled a total of 19 days this school year due to weather. :-/ The only thing that has saved me (Working mom) is that my husband and I work opposite shifts. The kids are going stir crazy though!

  • Update: I have lost 3 lbs, I am drinking my water, I need to focus on at least getting in 10 minutes everyday of exercise--failing there. I have been doing active activities with the kids on the weekends. The beautiful weather we had last weekend really helped.
  • I move all the furniture (hardwood floors) and put those mats down that go under our sleeping bags. I then have the kids work out on their mats. Over time, they have learned not to get off the mats when working out to videos. My oldest did get clocked once by accident before he learned. :-(

  • I am 8 months out and pumping plus breastfeeding. At first I kept 500 extra calories in my diet for breastfeeding so that I wouldn't feel light headed. Now I only do 250, but it is well established and she is eating less. I work out 30 minutes to 1 hour after she eats so I am not as full feeling. I drink 8-12 (8oz) glasses…
