I am looking to consume more protein because what I've been eating in my meals is not doing enough for me. I am looking to BUILD muscle, I take in about 80g or more of protein daily (roughly). I've cut out a lot of sugars and processed foods out of my diet. I normally eating eggs and toast for breakfast, a sandwich or salad for lunch. Dinner can vary on the day. There are some days I miss a meal due to work or school. I snack a lot on apples, bananas, grapes, peanuts, ect.
