  • A friend just told me about HASfit (https://hasfit.com/). They have programs/videos you can follow and it's almost entirely free. I don't really think you'd have to pay for anything because I know he only used the free option and there are plenty of programs to choose from. It's definitely worth checking out!
  • We definitely all have issues with food addiction, otherwise we wouldn't be trying to shed the excess weight! There are a couple things I've tried to do to help myself when I go to eat: 1. Ask yourself, am I hungry?? If you're not really hungry, then why are you eating? Bored? Find something to occupy yourself. Chew gum.…
