how weird is it that we are all pretty much on the same cycle?!?! As for me, I am NOT happy today. I KNOW that bc of TOM (not to mention timing...i know that the food from dinner last night is still in there...) I am FIVE POUNDS UP. I am so depressed over it, I feel like it's such a big set back. What if it doesn't go away…

yup! Come on over! Tomorrow is weigh in day and I am dreading it since I am on tom this week. Cramps from hell today also meant very little movement. I will have to make up for it tomorrow.

major flop day for me! TOM came to visit and so I have been super lazy. No crunches for me today :( And I've only had 5 cups of water. Le sigh...I just wanna crash for the rest of the night!

Yup, I'm with y'all, Hufflepuffin is super great (it's so awesome to have a dedicated leader!) I'm coming in at 8 cups of water and 50 crunches today!

I am not a fan of uggs on grown women, but they look adorable on my 1 year old :) As for the 'flats on women' thing...not everyone is cut out for heels, nor do all jobs make wearing heels a possibility.

Meeee!!! Isn't it weird how, after doing crunches, your core muscles just kind of...stay contracted? Does that make any sense? I am sitting here and realize that I was unintentionally holding my tummy in when normally I would be all slouched down and lazy. yay!

Way to go Zumba queen! Have you ever considered becoming an instructor? I burn more when I'm teaching than when I'm taking...plus it obligates me to NEVER miss class! Way to go girl!

yup Stevia is where it's at. It's worth mentioning that I got a splenda induced optical migraine the very first time I ever tried it. needless to say, I haven't tried it again, and no more migraines.

that's the exact same thing that happened to me. I went into it naturally, but baby A (my daugher) was a footling breech AND her cord was between her legs, so it was into the OR we went :( I'm actually still kinda of mourning over my birth story but I am very happy that my twins and I survived!

ok, I am here to show off my new dresses! I treated myself to a shopping trip last week to look for a dress for an upcoming wedding. I picked two because I couldn't decide between the 'boobs dress' and the 'legs dress'... anyway, here they are!

looks like you guys are losing while I am staying the same! I must be doing something wrong! I feel like I'm going to be 175 forever...but then again, a few months ago I thought I was going to be 182 forever too, and then I broke that plateau, so I know I can do it again. I guess I need to change it up!

I weighed last night too and was about a half pound lighter, so that's probably what I will weigh in with tomorrow even if that's not what the scale says :) I'm all about taking the lowest number and saving it!
