I agree..check out the website, and ebay. You can find all of them out there. I definitely suggest trying a class if there is one in your area as well..I love the community that my class provides, it's great fellowship and gives you people to feel accountable to.

I love all of these suggestions! I really like ones that use alliteration for some reason, so I say we aim for one of those. Lean Ladies has a nice ring to it... I really like Slender Sisters too. Hmmm I will think for a while and see if any clever ideas come to mind.

I'm the same way. it is usually 1 or 2 before I get hungry. I have found that on days that I 'force' myself to eat breakfast that I am hungrier all around all day long. yup, it's pretty mind blowing to see it right there before your eyes. On another note, did you know that 1 8oz glass of water weighs a half a pound?! Manda, I KINDA did, but I really just ate when I was hungry on things that I knew were good for me and the babies. I did find out that you can set your goals to be more 'active' so that it ups your calorie intake without having to enter it like exercise. Good luck, and congrats to you and Jeremy! Our Crossfit gym is also 45 minutes away, so my husband does the WOD on his own after getting it off of the website. It's possible to do but only if you already know the proper techniques for weight lifting. So anyway, yea, Crossfit WORKS.

I'm with Sadie..the extra money from teaching is nice, but I really became an instructor so that I would feel obligated to my ladies to be at every single class. So far i haven't missed a single one! I LOVE being a Zumba instructor because it is so awesome to spread the addiction to everyone!

indeed. A lot of our nutrient absorption happens in the intestines (which is why people with undiagnosed celiac can become mal-nourished -i.e. their intestinal lining is unable to do it's job because of the allergy) so my point is, let your intestines be, unless you have a diagnosed medical concern that requires it.
